As a society, we've been living in a very unbalanced way for well over 30 years now and a very long way from the things that really matter. The current situation we find ourselves in, is a powerful wake-up call that we need to get back to implementing foundational nourishing wisdom, rather than focusing on magic bullets.

Never has it been more important to get back to that which really forms the critical foundations of health – how we grow, source and prepare food and the context in which we eat it, along with taking a long hard look at our stress levels.

Hello there, I'm Jude Blereau and it's so lovely to meet you.

 

A little bit about me

As a pioneer, leader and respected authority of the wholefoods industry, I’ve been living a wholefood life long before ‘wholefood’ was a buzzword for healthy living. It’s taken me years to learn what I know, but a lifetime to truly understand what I know and place it within a wholistic framework.

I’ve always believed that food is not something that simply stops us from feeling hungry. It is exactly the same as love, an elemental human need and together, they sustain and nourish the body and the soul. It is never just about the food we eat. It is always about nourishing both the body and soul and this philosophy is at the heart of what I call a wholistic approach.

Yes, it’s a jungle out there, with so much confusing information telling you what wholesome, healthy, ethical and sustainable eating is all about. It is my joy to give you the information and practical tools that really count, work and really make a difference.

What does 'Live Round' mean and do I have be at my computer at a certain time?

A live round means you are not alone as you work through the class. You have me on hand for support, coaching and questions for four weeks. Other than the live webinars, all class content is delivered through the class platform, accessed from your device at a time that is suitable for you. If you can't make the webinar there is a replay. I will let you know when a live round is coming up with your special upgrade offer.

Is this class suitable for all dietary intolerances?

Yes!! I’m the woman you need with years of experience and leadership in this area… there is always a nourishing solution for you.
